Service Manager adds to the company with revenue goals. Perform service duties and supervises and coordinates activities of Technicians.  Insure that all services are completed with excellence, inventory is tracked, and repair of trucks, tools, and devices is maintained.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervises the entire service department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Brussell policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include: training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems as well as conducting field inspections.
Duties:

1. Complete Initial Services, Follow ups, and Wildlife Services
2. Service Drop Ins and Inspections
3. Review Service Orders
4. Performance Tech Performance Assessments
5. Do Services (as needed)
   1. Fill-in for absent Techs
6. Supervise Truck Maintenance
7. Submit Request Supplies
8. Review Uniforms
9. Review Gas Usage
10. Review Expenses
11. Disciplinary Actions
12. Personal Training and Research
13. Training
14. Safety Evacuations and Responses
15. Prepare Department Report for General Manager
16. Inventory: management, distribution, and evaluation
