As Required
· Canvas commercial businesses to sell pest control services by cold calling, relationship building and door to door visitations
· Introduce new customers to the Brussell referral program.
· Up sell existing customers in assigned areas
· Responsible for representing Brussell within the different assigned areas
· Develop sales by making initial presentation; explaining service contract features and benefits
· Solicit potential customers along established routes
· Identify new prospects, referral and develop/maintain relationships with potential customers
· Effectively grow customer retention rate by providing excellent customer service in assigned area
· Comply with all company policies and procedures
· Fill out all Brussell forms correctly and accurately.
· Develop Brussell existing territories through Door-to-door solicitation, customer referrals, phone calls, email or through pest mail.
· Conduct on-site and community based presentations, seminars and education that promote the image of our company as a leader in pest control service
Employee Relations - Promote a friendly and diverse workplace where employees are motivated to provide superior customer service and clearly reflect the Brussell vision.
Safety - Comply with all safety procedures. Notify Sales Manager of customer complaints, dissatisfactions or company violations.
Job Knowledge - Demonstrate acceptable knowledge of all products ,programs, services in assigned areas of responsibility as it relates to sales and pest control
Initiative, Team Work & Reliability - Show initiative in completing task. Interact well with the other team members and contributes to the team effort. Reliably accomplishes task in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Training - Log onto pest web on a weekly basis and participate in weekly learning assignments related to pest control and successfully complete all training test in a timely manner. Train on a daily basis on pestpac and other pest control related assignments. Proactively pursue pest control training and self enhancement opportunities
Attendance /Punctuality - Meet attendance and punctuality requirements. When absent or late, notify appropriate managers before start of assignment. Flexible when requested to work beyond scheduled hours
Job Performance - Consistently performs all duties of position skillfully with normal supervision in allotted time. Work is consistently accurate, complete, of acceptable quality and according to policy and procedures. Display positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and other team members.
Daily
· Track leads using tracking mechanisms
· Cold Call assigned areas or zones and solicit customers in the area
· Input lead information in pestpac
· Make daily follow up calls to all potential customers
· Update sales manager with challenges, findings and successes
· Turn in lead tracking sheet
· Turn in all sold contracts and ensure customer is scheduled for service
Weekly
· Attend mandatory sales meetings
· Meet with Sales Manager for weekly status update
· Follow up with current customer regarding services and overall Brussell experience
· Attend weekly training sessions
· Put all pertinent information related to sales on PestPac
Monthly
· Review monthly sales goals with service manager
· Monthly attendance review
· Performance indicators review
· Conduct a community awareness information session around the different service we offer

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university and five years experience in the industry including technical product knowledge and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software.
Other Qualifications
